About the Glasgow shop fit-out: Concrete benches and flower planters Project
Goal of the project
For this project, we were asked to create a natural look for the concrete cladding on the walls and counters, along with planters and benches to match.
Techniques used in construction
We used a variety of GRC panel sizes between 15- 20mm, depending on the requirements.
Challenges faced
There were many panel shapes including large format corner panels with mirror cutouts. Also, the installation was scheduled for may 2020 with the COVID restrictions, which slowed things down a little.
Highlight of the project
We very much liked the natural look of the concrete colours and how they worked well with Carrera marble which was used for cladding walls and counters tops on the project.
