About the Concrete Steps & Landing Project
Goal of the project
We were asked to create solid concrete steps, as well as a concrete landing place.
Techniques used in construction
We took several approaches for this project, including metal reinforcement for the solid concrete steps as well as the creation of the bronze edge and handrail spinners slots.
Challenges faced
By far, the most challenging part of this project was the installation of the 1-ton curved landing, which had to line up perfectly with the curved wall below.
Highlight of the project
It was a very challenging project but the final results were very impressed with the natural look of concrete with bronze metal finishes.
Type of cladding used
200mm x 1000mm concrete steps with large 150mm concrete landings, all with metal reinforcements.
